Ryan Andersen has considerable experience advising and representing both individuals and businesses in commercial disputes, with particular expertise in complex bankruptcy matters. Mr. Andersen has represented clients in nearly every possible role in complex bankruptcy matters, including debtors, secured lenders, unsecured creditor committees, trustees, landlords, and purchasers of assets. Additionally, he has significant experience litigating complex business disputes that arise in bankruptcy cases. Mr. Andersen understands the legal system and focuses on providing clear and insightful legal advice, empowering his clients to make informed decisions.
Before starting his own firm in 2014, Mr. Andersen was an attorney in the Litigation Department of Nevada's largest private law firm, where he practiced primarily in complex bankruptcy. Mr. Andersen also served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Bruce A. Markell, former Bankruptcy Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Nevada. He was selected as a “Super Lawyer” in 2023 by Super Lawyers Magazine, as a "Rising Star" in 2014 through 2022 by the same publication, and as a member of Southern Nevada's "Legal Elite" by Nevada Business Magazine in 2018 and 2021.

Michael N. Beede, Esq.

Michael Beede is among the top real estate and business attorneys in Nevada. Mr. Beede has litigated hundreds of commercial and residential real estate matters before Nevada’s state and federal courts, including hundreds of cases before the Nevada Supreme Court, the Nevada Court of Appeals and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, where he has brought about numerous changes to the law surrounding title disputes and lien extinguishment. In addition to Mr. Beede’s work as a litigator, he lends his considerable expertise to the clients of Andersen Beede Weisenmiller in commercial and residential real estate transactions, business formations, and disputes.
Prior to his work as an attorney, Mr. Beede was the director of a private banking group where he managed the growth of private banking and wealth management divisions of national, regional, and community banking organizations across the West Coast. Mr. Beede has also worked closely with numerous real estate groups to acquire, rehabilitate, and sell properties acquired by foreclosure and other forced sale scenarios.

Mark M. Weisenmiller, Esq.

Mark Weisenmiller focuses his practice on business restructuring and complex insolvency, bankruptcy litigation, including nondischargeability proceedings and avoidance actions, and debt collection involving domestic and offshore trusts and similar asset protection devices. Mr. Weisenmiller also has extensive appellate experience. Mr. Weisenmiller has successfully represented a wide variety of business clients through the Chapter 11 restructuring and liquidation process, including more recently, a mass transit debtor in its Chapter 11 case, which resulted in a sale of all the debtor’s assets for more than $24 million and confirmation of a plan of reorganization. Mr. Weisenmiller has also represented petitioning creditors and alleged debtors in all aspects of involuntary bankruptcy proceedings and related appeals. As shown by his track record of success, Mr. Weisenmiller brings his extensive experience and legal knowledge to bear for his client’s benefit in each matter he undertakes.
Before joining Andersen Beede Weisenmiller, Mr. Weisenmiller was an attorney at a prominent Las Vegas bankruptcy law firm. He also served as a judicial law clerk for the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Nevada, and a judicial extern for the Honorable Mark R. Denton in the Eight Judicial District Court-Business Court in Nevada.
Mr. Weisenmiller was selected as a member of Southern Nevada’s "Legal Elite" by Nevada Business Magazine in 2017-2019 & 2021-2022, to Best Lawyers Magazine in 2020-2024, and the Mountain States edition of Super Lawyers Magazine in 2021-2024.

Jeff Garrett, Esq.
Associate Attorney
Jeff Garrett is an associate attorney with significant experience in bankruptcy issues. For the three years prior to entering private practice, Mr. Garrett gained experience while clerking for multiple bankruptcy judges. He first served as a Staff Law Clerk at the Northern District of Illinois Bankruptcy Court in Chicago, Illinois, spending dedicated time in multiple judges’ chambers. Next, Mr. Garrett clerked for the Honorable Hilary Barnes at the District of Nevada Bankruptcy Court in Reno, Nevada. Mr. Garrett’s last position with the federal judiciary was as a clerk for the Honorable Timothy Barnes, again with the Northern District of Illinois Bankruptcy Court.
While attending the William S. Boyd School of Law, Mr. Garrett founded the school’s chapter of the Federal Bar Association Law Student Division and served as its first president. Mr. Garrett also gained experience during law school as a judicial extern for the Honorable Gloria M. Navarro at the United States District Court, District of Nevada, and as a legal extern for the City of Las Vegas Attorney General.
Before entering law school, Mr. Garrett worked in the e-commerce field as a consultant, helping clients in a variety of industries develop customized marketing plans to improve his clients’ online performance and meet their business goals.
